FRM™ is cultured autologous Adipose Dervid Stem Cell(ADSC) for local tissue formation. FRM™ is performed by three stages: harvesting fat tissue from a patient, cell culturing in Stem cell Processing Center, and implanting the cultured ADSC into target sites.
Application
Tissue augmentation
Wound healing
Composition
FRM™ (cultured adipose derived stem cells)
12 million ce lls in 0.4 ml / 1 vial
Provided with 1 to 6 vials
Procedure
Harvesting fat tissue from abdomen or thigh.
Culturing cells for 1-6 weeks
How to use & Dosage
Implanting ADSC into soft tissue defects
Make sure that the sufficient amount is implanted.
FRM™ can be implanted with SurgiFill™, fibrin glue,
CartiFill™, OssFill™, and DuoFill™, and Theraform™
Human adipose tissue is an alternate source of autologous adult stem cells that is obtainable in large quantities, under local anesthesia, with minimal discomfort. ADSC can be obtained from fat tissue or a processed lipoaspirate by liposuction. These cells can be multiplied with stable population doubling and could differentiate in vitro into adipogenic, chondrogenic, myogenic, and osteogenic cells.
